I spent this afternoon developing a drawing based on The White House at Chelsea yesteryear Thomas Girtin.  I wishing I'd bothered to cheque the original - which is at the Tate.  I kept being bothered by the fact the White House was non on a  "sweet spot" in addition to didn't await quite every bit I remembered it.
