Q. Is This A Muslin Brush?

This post service is nearly a puzzle - nearly a brush.

I was asked yesterday whether Annie Williams was using a Muslin brush to lay downward her unifying launder on the background of her painting. (see Annie Williams demonstrates a withal life inward watercolour)

I'd never heard of the term earlier in addition to had to await it up.  I besides looked to come across whether I had a ameliorate photograph of the brush - in addition to higher upwardly is the best I've got.
